The delegation of the city of Murmansk, headed by Serdechkin Yu.V., head of the city administration, takes part in the 33rd Harbin International Trade and Economic Fair and the 8th Russian-Chinese EXPO, an important event of bilateral business cooperation between China and Russia, a demonstration site scientific and technical developments and investment potential of the provinces of the PRC and regions of the Russian Federation. The opening of the event was attended by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
In March 2014, the first visit of a delegation from the Murmansk city administration to the city of Harbin took place, during which a protocol of intent was signed to establish friendly relations and bilateral cooperation.
