On June 18, an online business mission for fishing industry companies and buyers from Germany was held. The event was organized by the Russian Trade Mission in Germany jointly with the Murmansk Region Export Support Center.
Companies from the Kola Arctic and other regions of Russia, which export cod and other fish fillets, dried fish, fish snacks, and seafood, participated in the business negotiations.
Their partners were German importers, who confirmed a stable demand for Russian fish products.
Despite the remote format, participants were able to discuss key aspects of potential cooperation in detail.
The German market demonstrates high demand for fish and seafood products, and the quality of Russian exporters' goods and their professional experience create a solid foundation for a long-term partnership. Following the talks, the parties agreed to continue their collaboration and to communicate specific commercial proposals to each other on a case-by-case basis.
