On May 30, 2026, the Murmansk Legal Run charity run will be held at the Snezhinka Sports Complex. The event will bring together judges, attorneys, legal advisers, court staff, law professors and students, and law enforcement representatives from the Kola Arctic. All proceeds will be donated to the Gift of Life Charitable Foundation to help sick children.
Murmansk Legal Run 2026 is part of the international Legal Run project, which has united the professional legal community in a charitable movement since 2014. Over its twelve years, the run has spanned more than 150 cities in 35 countries and attracted over 30,000 lawyers—from Vladivostok to Kaliningrad and from New Zealand to Miami. This is the third time the run has been held in the Murmansk Region: its debut took place in 2024 and attracted participants from the regional capital and surrounding towns.
The start is scheduled for 1:00 PM. Participants will run a 2-kilometer course through the picturesque Snezhinka Sports Complex. Following the race, an awards ceremony, musical performances, and sports entertainment will be available for participants and spectators.
Event Schedule:
12:15 PM — Opening, distribution of start numbers
12:45 PM — Registration closes
12:45–1:00 PM — Warm-up
1:00 PM — Mass start
2:00 PM — Award ceremony
2:00–3:00 PM — Music and entertainment program
3:00 PM — Official closing.
The race is organized by the Murmansk regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" with the support of the Law Firm "SHAGI" LLC and the legal community of the Murmansk region.
"The Legal Run is a rare opportunity for our profession to meet in one place with colleagues from both sides of the process—judges, attorneys, corporate lawyers, prosecutors—and do a good deed together. It is crucial for us that we come to the race not as procedural opponents, but as colleagues from the same legal field," noted Andrey Viktorovich Sharkov, Managing Partner of the Law Firm "SHAGI" LLC.
