Together with colleagues from Moscow, Krasnodar, Khabarovsk, Kazan and Yakutsk, the delegation of the city of Murmansk took part in the plenary session.
During the conference, the head of the Murmansk city administration, Serdechkin Yu.V. made a report and presentation “Murmansk Region – the flagship of Arctic development” and invited colleagues from the sister city of Harbin and other cities of the People’s Republic of China to implement joint projects and events.
At the Harbin International Exhibition and Sports Center, the city delegation visited the pavilions of the 8th Russian-Chinese EXPO.
