On the activities of the Center for Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia

ANO "Foreign Trade Center" (FTC) was created by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 4, 2014 No. 136-r on the initiative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to provide practical assistance to Russian enterprises in the development of foreign trade activities.

In 2022, in order to ensure the sustainability of foreign trade operations in the context of external sanctions pressure, the Government of the Russian Federation granted the CVT authority to provide information and consulting support to domestic companies.

3. Verification of foreign import counterparties (China/India).

6. Sanctions compliance in trade.
7. Consultations on specific issues of foreign trade activities.

2. Development of export strategies.
3. Search for a buyer abroad on a turnkey basis.
4. Verification of foreign export counterparties.
5. Consulting on issues of changing and applying customs tariff and non-tariff regulation measures.
6. Support of anti-dumping, special protective, compensatory and compensation procedures.
7. Exemption from VAT on imported technological equipment.
