Before starting to supply any product abroad, it is necessary to provide documentary evidence that it complies with Russian legislation and can be freely circulated within our country.
Such confirmation is the Free Sale Certificate. On August 31, 2016, the Government of the Russian Federation adopted Resolution No. 871, which empowered the Russian Export Center to issue such certificates.
Registration of this document opens the way to successful foreign economic activity.
The presence of FSC facilitates the export of products to countries such as China, Taiwan, Iraq, Mexico, Colombia, Sudan, Nigeria, etc., as it is a confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the exporting country.

If all documents are completed correctly, within 10 working days from the date of application, REC employees will issue a Free Sale Certificate.
