The Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, together with the ANO “Murmansk Region Export Support Center,” invites representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to take part in the online seminar program “Life Cycle of an Export Project.”
The Russian Export Center’s School of Export has planned to hold 6 educational online events for exporters by the end of 2025:
1. Online seminar "Customs regulation of export" (31.07.2025, from 10:00 to 14:00)
The seminar consistently describes the main customs operations: choosing a customs procedure, determining the TN VED code and the country of origin of the goods, paying customs duties and taxes, and also talks about protecting the rights of the exporter from unlawful decisions or inaction of customs officials.

2. Online seminar "Basics of export activities" (12.08.2025, from 10:00 to 14:30)
A basic seminar that provides a step-by-step guide to developing a plan for a future export project: from choosing a foreign market and finding the first buyers to making foreign currency payments and receiving government support for an export project.
Speaker: Oksana Nikolaevna Voronkova, federal trainer of the REC Export School.

3. Online seminar "Documentation support for export" (08/28/2025, from 10:00 to 14:30)
The seminar contains information on legislative acts that determine the documentary support of an export transaction, tariff and non-tariff state regulation of export activities, as well as documentary support of the export control procedure and the norms of currency legislation.

4. Online seminar "Financial instruments of export" (11.09.2025, from 10:00 to 16:30)
The seminar discusses how to improve the efficiency of export-oriented companies when assessing the economics of a foreign trade contract, as well as the specifics of using various financial instruments to obtain maximum benefit from export activities.
Speaker: Khalida Rafailovna Muftakhutdinova, federal trainer of the REC Export School.

5. Online seminar "Logistics for exporters" (11/13/2025, from 10:00 to 13:30)
The seminar describes all stages of the procedure for moving goods from the seller to the buyer: choosing a provider of transport and logistics services, legal support for logistics and preparation of transport documentation, insuring products against logistics risks, choosing suitable packaging, as well as using the capabilities of postal communications, electronic platforms and databases in logistics.

6. Online seminar "Legal aspects of export" (12.12.2025, from 10:00 to 13:30)
The seminar discusses the legal aspects of implementing export projects and increasing the efficiency of export companies in preparing, concluding and executing foreign trade contracts, as well as ensuring the protection of intellectual property rights abroad.
