The Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, together with the ANO “Murmansk Region Export Support Center,” informs about the possibility for companies in the region to compensate for the costs of participating in international exhibitions.
The program is implemented by JSC Russian Export Center with the aim of supporting legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who independently participated in a foreign event and concluded an export contract based on the results of participation.
It is being implemented within the framework of the federal project “Systemic measures for the development of international cooperation and export” of the national project “International cooperation and export”.
Compensation can be provided for:
expenses for renting exhibition space (including equipped space);
registration fee for participation.
Amount of compensation for one event:
700 thousand rubles for SMEs;
2 million rubles for large businesses.
IMPORTANT! You can receive compensation for participation in several events within one year, but no more than five per year.
Information about the selection (its format and dates), as well as the submission of applications, is carried out through the digital platform “My Export” at the link .
For international exhibition and fair events that begin after June 1, 2024, the following mandatory requirements are imposed on photographs: JPEG and/or PNG format with the presence in the photograph"s electronic profile of information about the location and date of the shooting (geolocation).
One of the main conditions for receiving support is that the value of export contracts concluded in the period from the start date of the event to the date of application exceeds the amount of the requested support by at least nine times.
