Exporters of the Murmansk region are invited to reimburse the costs of certification of agricultural products

ANO "Murmansk Region Export Support Center" informs export-oriented companies of the region about the possibility of compensating expenses for certification of agricultural products for international markets. The service is provided by JSC "Russian Export Center".

Applications are submitted through the My Export platform.

Legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal forms, and individual entrepreneurs registered in the territory of the Russian Federation who have incurred costs associated with the certification of agricultural products in foreign markets may apply for this support.

The amount of support for certification of agricultural products may range from 50 to 90% of the amount of costs actually incurred during the 12 months prior to the date of filing an application for a subsidy, depending on the value of the exported products.

The cost of agricultural products supplied by the organization during the 12 months prior to the date of application for a subsidy must exceed the amount of the requested funding by at least 5 times.

Organization expenses for which support is provided: 

• to assess the conformity of agricultural products with the requirements imposed on foreign markets;
• implementation of veterinary, sanitary and phytosanitary measures;
• transportation, storage, testing and disposal of test samples;
• to assess the conformity of products with the requirements contained in a foreign trade contract for the supply of agricultural products to foreign markets, including when conducting voluntary certification to obtain halal and kosher certificates. 

What is important: the service is provided free of charge for up to 46 working days.

To receive the service, you must register and log in to the platform using the qualified electronic signature.
