The Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, together with the ANO “Murmansk Region Export Support Center”, invites export-oriented companies from the Arctic to take part in international exhibition events in 2025, participation in which is organized by the Russian Export Center on a co-financing basis.
The Russian Export Center covers 100% of the costs of:
– renting exhibition space;
– developing space for business events;
– informational promotion of the event;
– providing administration and organization of the event;
– attracting potential foreign consumers.
Also, 80% of the costs of small and medium-sized businesses for the construction and maintenance of exhibition stands of Russian companies within the framework of the national collective exposition and the organization of delivery of exhibition samples of exporters, including the costs of their customs clearance and insurance, are subject to co-financing.
Please note that co-financing may be obtained by companies:
– registered in the Russian Federation;
– with no overdue tax and fee debts;
– willing to pay transportation and travel expenses for employees.
Having a website in the language of the target market, experience in export deliveries and participation in international exhibitions and business missions is welcome.
