The Ministry for Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region invites the region"s exporters to take part in the Made in Russia fair, organized by the Russian Export Center.
The event will be held from May 17 to 21, 2025 in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. The venue is the Harbin International Exhibition and Sports Center. Russian manufacturers of food products, consumer goods, folk crafts, and cosmetics are invited to participate.
The festival-fair includes a business program (thematic sessions and round tables), tasting events and master classes, as well as streaming, cultural and sports events.
What is important: B2B negotiations will be held at the fair site for those companies planning to enter the Chinese market or expand their presence in this market.
Companies are offered the following participation formats:
– Retail sales (mandatory availability of permits and labeling; provision of internal logistics to the festival warehouse in Harbin);
– B2B negotiations (for those companies that are just planning to enter the Chinese market or expand their presence in this market);
– Tasting events.
Participation is free for companies, entrepreneurs only pay for transportation costs and accommodation.
If the company has all the permits, but does not have a distributor in the People"s Republic of China, it is possible to organize sales through the pavilion operator.
