ANO "Murmansk Region Export Support Center" informs regional agricultural producers about the possibility of submitting an application for documents required for export online through the digital platform "My Export".
A veterinary certificate is issued for goods of animal origin, animals, feed and feed additives, fertilizers, and veterinary medicines. A new certificate issued by Rosselkhoznadzor must be issued for each batch of goods.
To obtain a certificate or permit for the export of controlled products, you must register and log in to the platform using the enhanced electronic signature (UKEP) at the link .

The service includes the submission of an application in electronic form for the issuance of various certificates and permits, remote documentary verification of the information provided, obtaining QR codes for veterinary control, access to information from completed documents and the generation of analytical reports and other documents.
