On July 3, 2020, an online meeting was held with the Mayor of Alanya, Mr. Adem Murat Yuzhel.
The conversation was devoted to the exchange of views on the current situation in the city of Murmansk and the city of Alanya and the exchange of experience in the fight against coronavirus.
Alanya Mayor Adam Murat Yuzhel shared information on how they cope with the current situation, on the gradual exit from quarantine, on the number of cases and deaths since the beginning of the pandemic. Head of the city administration of Murmansk E.V. Nikora also informed about the current situation in the city of Murmansk.
In 2021, the Mayor of Alanya invited representatives of the administration of the city of Murmansk to take part, with the improvement of the epidemiological situation, in the annual international festival of culture and art and the annual festival timed to coincide with the national holiday “Day of National Independence and Children of Turkey”.
A.I. Sysoev invited the mayor to take part in the celebration of the City Day October 04, 2020 (also with an improvement in the epidemiological situation).
E.V. Nikora noted the need to include the above measures in the Plan for the development of cooperation between the sister cities of Murmansk and Alanya.
